In view of our order dated 14.11.2025, learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Raver has given remarks. It is stated that the objections are pending and the auction purchasers, legal representative have been brought on record. Now, the matter is pending for the same on the objections and he would take at least eight months time to dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Application. He also states that in his Court the pendency is of 1090 Civil and 4841 Criminal Cases out of which 5 civil matters are more than 30 years old. Three Police stations are also attached to his Court.

Taking into consideration the burden upon his Court, we dispose of the writ petition by directing learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Raver to dispose of the Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 9/2012 within a period of six months from today.
