Heard. Perused the F.I.R. and related police papers. 2.

It appears that there are general allegations against Applicant No.2, husband of sister-in-law of the informant. We are, therefore, inclined to allow the application. In view of the same, criminal application of Applicant No.2 is allowed in terms of prayer clause [B]. 3.

There are somewhat allegations against Applicant No.1, sister-inlaw of the informant. It is informed that she has been serving in Pune and therefore, unable to attend the trial Court regularly. The purpose would be 1 / 2
