Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners proposals are pending adjudication before the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for validation of their tribe claims. He would submit that the first degree cousin of petitioner no. 1 - Rushikesh Suryakant Akulwar has been granted certificate of validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 7467/2018. The petitioners have already adopted a reply filed by Rushikesh to the vigilance enquiry report since the petitioner no. 1 would be seeking admission through NEET-UG-2024. The Committee to be directed to decide petitioners proposals expeditiously.

Learned Advocate would submit that Ranjeet another cousin of the petitioners possess certificate of validity. There are number of other validity holders as well the Committee may consider granting conditional validity.

Learned AGP for the respondents submits that the Committee would decide the proposal within a period of two weeks.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioners to appear before the Committee tomorrow i.e. 07 August 2024 and Committee shall decide the proposals within a week, thereafter. The Committee may consider granting conditional validity in the light of the conditional validity issued to Rushikesh Suryakant Akulwar and several other validity holders. [ SHAILESH P.
