The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that no prayer is made against Respondent No.5 and it is inconsequential that Respondent No.5 is yet to be served. The Petitioners are seeking directions only against Respondent No.1. 3.
The only prayer canvassed by the Petitioners before us is that as Respondent No.3 has sought guidance from Respondent No.1, vide the communication dated 25.05.2022, pursuant to which, the decision on payment of salary of the
*2* 910wp8918o23 Petitioners would be taken by Respondent No.3, this Court may direct Respondent No.1 to convey his advise to Respondent No.3.

We are surprised that Respondent No.1 is sitting over the request of Respondent No.3 since May, 2022. We, therefore, direct Respondent No.1 to communicate his advise to Respondent No.3 within 30 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.3 would proceed to take a decision on the claim of the Petitioners within a period of 45 days. 5.
