The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause D as under:- "D) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby directing the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to decide the representation as submitted by the present petitioners dated 03.11.2021 and for that purpose issue necessary order."

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.1/District Collector to consider the representation dated 03.11.2021 by following the

If required, the District Collector shall call for the reports from the concerned Authorities or his Assistants, while taking a call on the said representation. This exercise be completed within 150 days. The conclusions be conveyed to the Petitioners within three weeks thereafter. 3.

Liberty to the Petitioners to place additional documents/ affidavits, if any, before the District Collector within four weeks from today.
