In all 5 matters, today learned APP produced on record the communication made by the Superintendent of Jail and they show that the prisoners, like Dilip Savlaram Bhoiar, Pralhad Shankar Giri, Sanjay Sakharam Bane and Narayan Bala Patil were released long back. The proceedings were filed in the year 2009, however, there is one more proceeding Cri.Writ Petition No.558/2011, involving Mohammad Shafi, in which proceeding there is no such communication. So this is to be listed in 13/01/2021.
