The learned Counsels for the parties are ad idem that the dispute involved in the petition is covered by the order dated 04.07.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8140 of 2019. We, therefore, pass the same order.

The Zilla Parishad is at liberty to satisfy itself about the factum of petitioner being a district awardee teacher and upon reaching such satisfaction, in case it is found that the petitioner was awarded certificate prior to 04.09.2018, the Zilla Parishad shall consider the case of the petitioner for additional increment as provided for in the Government Resolution dated 12.12.2000.

Such consideration shall be made within a period of six months from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
