According to applicants, due to financial crises the above said delay was caused in filing the appeals. 5.

Considering the nature of the litigation, I hold that applicants have explained reasonable causes for not filing the appeals within time limit. Therefore, applications are allowed in terms of respective prayer clauses 'B'.

Both civil applications are disposed of.
