Taking into account events as stated to have occurred under the content of this civil application, the same stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and stands disposed of. 2.

The petitioner is at liberty to add respondents No.7A to 7C as party respondents to the writ petition.

Issue notice of writ petition to said respondents, returnable on 4th September, 2015.

Interim relief to continue till returnable date.

In addition to court process the petitioner to serve the concerned respondents privately by any legally admissible mode and to file an affidavit with tangible proof of service. In case of failure to serve said respondents, the ad interim relief would cease to operate.
