The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that his earlier bail application was withdrawn on 07.03.2022. This Court was pleased to expedite the trial, however, till this date charge is not framed. On that count, he seeks reconsideration of his prayer for grant of bail. 2.

It appears that, the successive bail application is moved without change of circumstance only for the reason that the trial is not moving ahead inspite of directions of this Court. In that view of the matter, the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the application with prayer to direct the Sessions Court to frame charge and dispose of the trial within stipulated period. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn. The Trial Court shall endeavour to immediately frame the charge and conclude the trial within a period of nine months from today.
