These are the applications for stay moved by the State. The appellant/State has deposited entire decretal amount with this Court and this Court has also allowed the claimants to withdraw entire amount of compensation (50% + 50%) by way of two orders. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be made absolute till the final decision of the appeals.
