The petitioner / Zilla Parishad submits through the Civil Application that petitioner No.1 deserves to be deleted from the proceedings as he is the ex-officio President of petitioner No.2. Even before the Industrial Court in Complaint (ULP) No.92 of 2015, petitioner No.1 was not the respondent.

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 2-WRIT PETITION NO. 14357 OF 2018 & ANR Petitioner No.1, in both these petitions, shall stand deleted forthwith so also addition of documents is permitted.

By consent of the parties, list these matters together for final hearing at admission stage on 29.9.2019, after the fresh admission board is over.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier would continue in both the Writ Petitions.
