Mr. Kakade, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that this Court has disposed of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioners would be considered as per their seniority in the list of persons to be accommodated in Class-III from Class-IV. According to learned counsel for the Petitioners, the petitioners are the only ones who had got D. Ed. qualification and who can be considered as Assistant Teacher/ Shikshan

-:(2):- Sewaks. This aspect was not considered while disposing of the writ petition on 7th August, 2014.

We have heard learned A.G.P. and Mr. Bondar, learned counsel for the Respondents. It is submitted that, it is the policy that, the persons appointed on regular establishment, cannot be considered for appointment of Shikshan Sewak which is on contractual basis. The said policy is not challenged in the present review petition. In light of that, the review application cannot be considered. Review Application is disposed of. No costs.
