This is an application for condonation of delay. The delay is of 2345 days in filing appeal, challenging Judgment and Award dated 07-11-2012, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna in L.A.R. No. 166 of 2010.

Heard respective learned counsels for the parties. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant - appellant submits that sufficient and detail reasons have been given in the application for condonation of delay which justify the prayer for condonation of delay. He submits that the delay is bonafide and unintentional and, therefore, this Court may liberally condone the delay.

Though, the application for condonation of delay is pending from 2018, the non-applicant has not filed any reply opposing application, however, orally opposes the application for condonation of delay. 5.

However, as the acquiring body has already deposited the amount and since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay, delay is condoned. Application is disposed of. 6.

Office is directed to register the First Appeal and place it before the Court for admission.
