Perused the impugned award. The challenge is on the ground of quantum and want of vehicle fitness certificate. The amount has been directed to be paid to the original petitioners and respondent Nos. 4 to 7. The amount of compensation has also been directed to be paid in proportion given under the impugned award. 3.

In the factual backdrop, 75% amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioners and the respondent Nos. 4 to 7. 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent security/surety or bank guarantee. The amount payable to these applicants therefore be paid in this proportion only.

The amount payable to the minors be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till they attain the age of majority. 5.

The amount be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmednagar, for being paid to the claimants there. 6.

The undertaking and other necessary papers be transmitted to this Court, no sooner those would be submitted. 7.

The civil application stands disposed of.
