Heard Shri Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri Rathi, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent - Insurance Company. Perused the impugned Judgment and Award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment and Award. In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with interest accrued thereon out of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of

(iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
