Heard. Issue notice to the respondent. Learned Counsel Mr. Deshmukh causes appearance on behalf of all the concerned respondents claimants in these applications. 2.

The appellant - Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay of 1642 days, which appears to be cause due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 1642 days stands condoned.
