Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner for appointment from Project Affected Persons (P.A.P.) Category is negatived. There was mistake in Survey No. mentioned in the P.A.P. Certificate issued in the year 1989. Subsequently, the petitioner has got corrected the P.A.P, certificate on approaching the competent authority. The competent authority issued communication on 19.01.2018 recording correct survey No.

In the light of above, the respondents shall reconsider the case of the petitioner for appointment from P.A.P. Category, considering the subsequent communication issued by the competent authority1/2

Deputy Collector, Parbhani, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

The respondents may also verify the record.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
