We have heard learned counsel for the applicant-accused for some time. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused submits that the accused persons have preferred the appeal against the judgment and order of conviction passed by the trial court and out of those two accused persons, one of them is senior citizen. Learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the applicant to file an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal.

Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn. The applicant-accused may file an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal after three months from today.
