Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.P. for respondent-State and learned counsel for respondent no.2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent no.2 has preferred this appeal against the judgment and award of Reference Court in the year 2010. Prior to that the applicant's lands are acquired. The applicant has not received compensation about his land. Since last 10 years, the appeal is pending for final hearing. Hence requested to allow the application and keep the appeal for final hearing.

Considering the submissions and the reasons
