PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of with direction to respondent scrutiny committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal pertaining to the petitioner and pending with the committee, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today and it is accordingly directed. The writ petition is disposed of.

It is informed that the result of the petitioner for first year Engineering course has been withheld by the respondent No.3 University. The respondent No.3 is directed to declare the result forth with. Respondent No.4 College is directed to permit the petitioner to secure admission to next year course considering the aspect of eligibility and petitioner shall not be denied admission merely on the ground of his failure to submit validation certificate. It would be open for respondent No.4 to take appropriate action depending upon the outcome of the proceedings in respect of validation of the tribe certificate pending with the respondent No.1 committee.
