Heard. Perused the impugned award.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount in deposit with this Court. 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent security/surety or bank guarantee. 3.

The amount be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Ahmednagar, for being paid to the claimants there. 4.

The amount payable to the minors be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till they attain the age of majority.

The undertaking and other necessary papers be transmitted to this Court, no sooner those would be submitted. 6.

The civil application stands disposed of.
