These are the applications for condonation of 2412 and 2709 days delay caused in filing the X-Objections respectively. 3.

The learned advocate for the respondents strongly opposes the applications and submits that sufficient grounds are not stated in the

(( 2 )) 912 & 913 applications to condone the delay and prays to reject the applications. 4.

Perused the applications. For the reasons stated therein, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence the following order: ::ORDER::

a.

Civil Applications are allowed.

b.

The delay of 2412 and 2709 days respectively caused in filing the X-Objections is hereby condoned subject to condition that in case the amount of compensation is enhanced, the appellants shall not be entitled for the amount of interest for the delayed period. c.

Civil Applications stand disposed of.
