The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as yet declaration under Section 19 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has not been issued.

It appears that against the act of the respondents for demolition of the property of the petitioner, the petitioner has already approached the Civil Court and the civil suit is pending. As the

953-wp-153-21 declaration under Section 19 is not yet issued, entertaining the petition at this stage would be premature. The petitioner is at liberty to raise his grievance at the appropriate stage. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
