PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Delay of 856 days has occurred in filing the present appeal by the State. Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has opposed for condoning the delay. Learned AGP submits that in making procedural compliances and in seeking sanction at different levels for filing the appeal, time was consumed, as a result of which, the appeal could not be filed within stipulated period of limitation.
2) For the reasons so stated, I am inclined to allow the present application. The application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed of. 3) The appeal be registered in accordance with law.
