( 12th November, 2022 ) 1.

These are the civil applications placed before the Lok Adalat by the appellant-State seeking condonation of delay caused in filing the First appeals.

For the reasons stated in the civil applications, civil applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay is condoned. First appeals be registered.

Civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of. 4.

Mr. Rajendra Wagh, Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon is present. He informs to have instructions to withdraw the appeal since the amount of compensation awarded by Reference Court is well below four times of the amount awarded by the Special Land Acquisition Officer in view of the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 along with subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and 13.08.2018. The amount is already deposited. The respondents/ claimants are at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited in the Reference Court, Jalgaon. 5.

As such, the First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

All civil applications are also stand disposed of. 7.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act.
