The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the ward formation and the reservation therein are not in consonance with rules.

Mr. Kadethankar, learned advocate for the Election Commission submits that the fnal list of ward has been published on 27th October, 2020 and the election process has been commenced.

It appears that objections were considered and the same were decided in February, 2020. It is because of COVID-19 the

In the light of that, no case for interference. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
