This is an application for restoration of the PIL which was refused registration for non removal of office objections. The application suffers from delay of 121 days.

Heard. The respondents oppose the application. 3.

Having considered the submissions of the parties and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned.

The PIL would stand registered on the condition that all office objections in the PIL shall be removed on or before 30.06.2023. 5.

On compliance of the above, liberty to circulate the PIL for hearing.
