Heard rival submissions.

The learned counsel for the appellants in both these appeals relied on order of this Court dated 29th September 2021 in other similar matters i.e. First Appeal No. 1241 of 2013 Raosaheb S/o Dhondiba Dengale and Another Vs. State of Maharashtra and another. This Court in those matters have already accepted the rate granted by Reference Court i.e. Rs. 28 per sq.ft.

The learned AGP in the present appeals also agreed for the same rate of Rs.28 per sq.ft. along with the application of interest as awarded in the aforesaid orders dated 29th September, 2021.

As such, both the present appeals are disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court as aforesaid i.e. order dated 29th September 2021.

The awards be prepared accordingly.

The appeals are disposed of along with pending C.A. if any.
