Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 14 days condoned in filing Second Appeal. The appellants are the original plaintiffs who want to challenge the judgment and decree passed by the learned First Appellate Court, whereby their appeal challenging the judgment and decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No.31 of 2007 passed by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nawapur District Nandurbar was dismissed.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 is objecting to the application on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the duration of the delay and the fact that both the appellants are agriculturist, coming from rural area and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned.

Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
