Since the petition can be conveniently posted for a final hearing after all office objections are removed, L.Rs. are brought on record and unserved parties are served, Civil Application Nos. 8978 of 2005 and 9095 of 2014 stand disposed off.

Civil Application No.10469 of 2018 is allowed. The documents sought to be brought on record, which are annexed to the Civil Application, shall be brought on record in the Writ Petition within four weeks with proper pagination and by serving copies on the other sides, if not already served.

It is informed that respondent No.8A has passed away. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is already intimated under Order XXII Rule 10A of the Civil Procedure Code.

The petitioner shall take steps to serve the unserved respondents, bring the L.Rs. of deceased respondent on record and also serve respondent No.6C as Shri Solshe submits that he has withdrawn his appearance on behalf of respondent No.6C.

Needless to state, if steps are not taken within the stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed against the unserved respondents and shall stand abated against the deceased respondent, after four weeks.
