It is revealed during the course of argument that the State has deposited the entire amount of compensation with interest thereon in this Court and complied the conditional order passed by this Court dated 30.08.2019. As such, the application for stay needs to be allowed and interim stay granted by this court needs to be made absolute.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).

(ii) The interim stay granted by this Court is hereby made absolute till final decision of the appeal.

(iii) Inform to concerned reference Court / executing Court accordingly.
