The application is filed for cancellation of N.B.W. Issued in Criminal Appeal No.560 of 2002. The appeal is filed against the judgment and order of acquittal given against the Respondent in a case filed under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is present in the Court. It appears that at-least on two occasions the orders of N.B.W. were made. This Court has considered both the orders and the submissions made.
