This application is filed for condonation of delay in filing Review Application.

Delay is of 22 days. There are no specific reasons given in the application for condonation of delay, except for saying that as the applicaiton for certified copy was filed belatedly, the Review Applicaiton could not be filed within time.

Since the delay is only of 22 days, in the interest of justice delay is condoned and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'b'. Prayer clause 'b' reads thus :

"b.

Delay of 22 days in filing Review Petition may kindly be condoned."

Review Application Stamp No. 21786 OF 2022 4.

Review Application is for seeking review of order dated 23rd June, 2022.

By the said order both the parties were heard and the Second Appeal was dismised as there was no substantial question of law involved in the Second Appeal.

Learned counsel submits that since substantial question of law is not framed while dismissing the Second Appeal, the order requires to be reviewed. The Review Application can be entertained only if there is any error apparent on the face of the record. Second Appeal was heard and dismissed for want of substantial question of law.

I do not find that there is any error apparent on the face of the record. There is no ground for reviewing the order. Hence, Review Application is dismissed.
