With the assistance of learned Counsel for the parties, I

4227.15crapln -2have perused the investigation papers. The applicants herein were arrested on 08/07/2015 in Crime No. I-182/2015 registered with Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar on 06/07/2015 for the offence punishable under Section 307 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

There is a recovery of stick at the behest of present applicants, as is reflected in the investigation papers. 4.

It is required to be noted here that, the applicants are students and only role attributed to them is use of stick in commission of crime in question. In view thereof, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to release the present applicants on bail. Hence following order.

The applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each, with one surety of like amount. They shall attend the concerned police station everyday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. for a period of three days from today and thereafter as and when called till filing of the charge-sheet.
