Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by the learned JMFC, the concerned police station has filed charge-sheet against the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner wish to withdraw the petition with liberty to file discharge application before the concerned court. Statement is accepted. In view of filing of charge-sheet, this petition becomes infructuous. Therefore, petitioner is allowed to withdraw the same. Liberty sought by the petitioner is hereby granted.

With this, criminal writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
