: MANGESH S. PATIL & M.M. SATHAYE, JJ.
DATE : 16 MARCH 2023 PC :
Heard learned advocate for the applicants, learned APP and learned advocate for respondent no.2.
2.
The applicants and respondent no.2 have entered into a compromise. They tender across the bar the terms of compromise duly sworn in before the Section Officer of this Court. Terms of settlement apparently show that couple has agreed to part their ways amicably and they have also agreed to take divorce by mutual consent. They have also agreed to withdraw the other litigations including the present crime.
3.
There is nothing on record to demonstrate that the settlement is against the public policy. Rather, they have decided to go different ways and intend to settle all the disputes in the form of various litigations including the present crime.
