The petitioner has placed on record an additional affidavit to submit that the representation filed by the petitioner has not been decided and as such, it is the contempt of the order passed by this Court on 23.06.2023.

This Court vide order dated 23.06.2023 has observed in paragraph no. 2 as under : - "2.
Without expressing anything on merits, the wit petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner's association dated 03.10.2023 (page no.28) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks."

Learned APP placed on record a communication dated 19.07.2023 indicating that the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 03.10.2023 has already been decided and the decision thereon informed to the petitioner and as such, there is no contempt of the order passed by this Court.

The petitioner may challenge the decision taken on his representation by filing appropriate proceedings. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
