We have heard Mr. Dighe, the learned counsel for the petitioner. According to Mr. Dighe, the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is placed in Group - B, whereas according to Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the petitioner could find place in Group - A. The Government Resolution dated 27th May, 2016 is relied for the said purpose, as according to respondents, the petitioner is in Group - A, naturally the circular relied by the petitioner would not apply.

Mr. Dighe, the learned counsel submits that, in the last week, the petitioner has lost his real brother and sister. In the present academic year he may be accommodated on his original place.

The petitioner may make an application with respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The respondents shall consider the cause made out by the petitioner and take decision within a period of seven (07) days from the date of receipt of the application. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
