Based on the judgment of this Court in the matter of Mr. Sachin Krishna Mungurdekar vs. The State of Maharashtra reported in 2014, ALL MR (Cri) 1204 and judgment of the Delhi High Court reported in Netra Pal vs. The State (NCT of Delhi) reported in 2001 CRI.L.J. 1669, he has prayed for grant of regular bail. 2.
