This is an application for modification of the bail conditions 'c' and 'd' of the order dated 11.04.2023. The bail was granted on the condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.19,75,000/- with Trial Court within six months from the date of the order.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since last four months, they were trying to arrange for the amount of Rs.19,75,000/-, but they could arrange about Rs.5,00,000/-. Hence, the applicant be released on bail on depositing the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- within eight (8) days from today and further six months may be granted to deposit Rs.14,75,000/- in the Trial Court.

3. The applicant's contention appear bonafide. He shall not be kept behind bars only for money. Hence, bail conditions 'c' and 'd' of the order dated 11.04.2023 have been modified as follows :

(i)The applicant shall deposit Rs.5,00,000/- within eight (8) days from today and deposit remaining amount of Rs.14,75,000/- in installments as per his convenience within six (6) months from the date of depositing Rs.5,00,000/-, in the Trial Court.

(ii) He shall be released on depositing Rs.5,00,000/-. (iii) If he fails to deposit the remaining balance amount of Rs.14,75,000/- within six (6) months as above, he shall surrender before the concerned Court.

(iv) The conditions 'c' and 'd' be modified as above in the order dated 11.04.2023.

(v) Criminal Application is allowed in the above terms. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
