Learned counsel for the applicant states that he undertakes to remove office objections within two weeks and seeks recall of the order dated 03.08.2021 passed by this Court.

So far as to restoration of Writ petition No. 3722/2020 on its original position is concerned, undertaking rendered by respondent No.1 is accepted. The order dated 03.08.2021, insofar as Writ Petition No 3722/2020 is concerned, is recalled and the petition to stand restored on its original position on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made cleat that no further extension of time will be granted to remove office objection.

If the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, on the next date, the order passed on 03.08.2021 would stand restored and the order passed by this Court today would stand vacated without reference to the Court.
