Mithun S/O. Ranjit Rathod v. The State Of Maharashtra
901-BA-906-19
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD BAIL APPLICATION NO.906 OF 2019 Mithun S/o Ranjit Rathod ... Applicant
Versus
The State of Maharashtra ... Respondent ....
Mr. A.M. Phule, APP for Respondent / State ....
CORAM : SHRIKANT D. KULKARNI, J.
DATE : 28th OCTOBER, 2021 PER COURT:- 1.
Mr. Sagar S. Ladda, learned counsel for the applicant is absent when the matter is called out.
2.
The office objections seem to have not removed in spite of specific directions given by this Court. On perusing the record, it is noticed that on 24.02.2020, this Court was pleased to grant last chance and the matter was adjourned to 02.03.2020. This Court has given sufficient opportunity to the applicant to remove the office objections and work out the matter. Even then, no response from the learned counsel for the
901-BA-906-19 applicant. As per the cause list, no leave note seems to have been given by Mr. Sagar Ladda or Mr. Sunny S. Khivansara, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Mr. A.M. Phule, learned APP for the respondent/state is present. 2.
In view of the above scenario, the bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
