O R D E R

1] These Appeals are placed before the Panel of Today' s National Lok Adalat. These First Appeals have been preferred by the State of Maharashtra against the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

2] Mr.A.M.Phule, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the appellant - State and Mr.P.B.Jadhav, Executive Engineer, Jalna Irrigation Division, Jalna, submit that the State intends to withdraw these Appeals. The State does not want to prosecute these appeals and simply needs order of withdrawal of Appeals.

3] Mr.Prashant Gole, Advocate holding for Mr.V.D.Gunale, Advocate appearing for the respondents - claimants submits that he has no objections to withdraw these appeals.

4] In view of the submissions of the learned AGP appearing for the appellants and learned counsel appearing for the respondents - claimants, these Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.
