Heard. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that while granting approval to his appointment, the approval has been granted not from the day he was appointed. The Head Master of the school, the respondent No. 6 has addressed a letter to the respondent No. 4/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule (Exhibit - F) dated 14 July 2022.

Keeping open all the issues and even liberty to the petitioner in case there would be any need, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 4/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to take appropriate decision on the proposal received from the Head Master/respondent No. 6
