ORDER:

We have heard Mr. Chaudhari, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Advocate for respondent Nos. 6 to 8 2.

The prima donna contention of the petitioner is that respondent No.7 has issued suspension order without authority. Respondent Nos. 6 to 8 have filed affidavit in reply contending that the management has taken conscious decision. Respondent No. 6 is the chairman of the Society. 3.

In view of the disputed question that would be appearing in the matter i.e. averments made by the petitioner are denied by the respondents, writ petition stands disposed of.

It is made clear that we have not dilated on the merits of the contention of either of the parties.
