This petition takes exception to order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the learned Magistrate below Exh.5 in Criminal M.A.No. 1232 of 2018. The respondent herein filed an application under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. The application was moved for interim maintenance. Said application came to be allowed by the order impugned. The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that there is alternate remedy of appeal against the order impugned. 03.

Considering the fact that alternate remedy of appeal is available against the order impugned, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.
