The Applicant/ Petitioner desires to add the Deputy General Manager of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation as Respondent No.5 in the Writ Petition. In connection therewith, the Applicant desires to add to the pleadings as per the proposed amendment below paragraph 7.

We have considered the reasons set out in the Civil Application. Since the issue in the Writ Petition pertains to the proposed Respondent, this Civil Application is allowed. Addition/ amendment be carried out on or before 31.07.2023 since the Applicant/ Petitioner contends that there is urgency in this matter.

After amendment, a freshly typed copy of the Writ Petition shall be filed and copies be supplied to the colleague Advocates.

Thereafter, issue notice to the added Respondent No.5 in the Writ Petition, returnable on 11.08.2023. Humdast granted.
