This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent No.5 to consider claim of the petitioner in respect of disbursement of TA on retirement as well as leave encashment amount admissible to him and pay the same on consideration of his entitlement, without insisting for production of validity certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today; and it is accordingly directed. It has been brought to our notice that other dues, receivable by the petitioner, have already been received by him. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
