1] The learned counsel for the respondent nos.4, 6 to 11 submits that in terms of statement made in this Court at para no.6 in the order dated 20th February, 2020 in Writ Petition No.7709 of 2016, the respondents have not stopped the petitioner from using the footpath (paul-vat). 2] In view of the aforesaid statement, the present Contempt Petition can be disposed of.
436.20cp 3] The learned counsel for the respondent nos.4, 6 to 11 submits that at para no.8 of the affidavit in reply it is affirmed that the respondents never objected the petitioners to use the said path as footpath [paul-vat]. As such the present Contempt Petition be disposed of.
4] There is no contest of the same position by the petitioner as of now.
5] In view of the same, the present Contempt Petition is disposed of.
